Howard Vex serves as a seasoned and effective Labor Arbitrator and Neutral, assisting parties with the resolution of all types of labor and employment disputes. He has served as an Arbitrator with the New Jersey State Board of Mediation since 2013 and also accepts appointment as Local Hearing Officer for both Civil Service and Non-Civil Service jurisdictions

Mr. Vex has extensive experience arbitrating and hearing disputes in the following ares:
