Labor Relations Specialist

Mr. Vex has spent much of his career representing and counseling clients on all labor relations issues and disputes involving public sector labor organizations and employees, including, but not limited to, public safety (PBA, FOP, FMBA), school (NJEA, both at the district and county levels) and other municipal bargaining units (DPW, MUA, white-collar and blue-collar units).

Mr. Vex has also developed a comprehensive expertise in private sector labor relations, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution and arbitration, NLRB investigations, hearings and elections, and picket lines. Mr. Vex regularly represents clients in a wide variety of industries including, but not limited to, construction, manufacturing, services and transportation.
